The Payment Hub Platform

TipLooper is a digital payment hub focused on companies such as restaurants, bars, and department stores or any business where customer service staff is needed and tip payments is required/optional.

Customers and Service Staff shares the same mobile app (each one has their own profile). Managers and Business Owners has their own web portal access for data management and reporting solutions.

When a customer wants to pay using his TipLooper's credit balance, the waiter/bartender/cashier uses his TipLooper's mobile app to enter the total amount (including taxes) shown in the receipt in order to generate a QR code. Then the customer has to scan this QR code using his own TipLooper's mobile app and complete the transaction by adding a tip value.

Once payment transaction is validated, the TipLooper platform does an electronic transfer to the partners' bank account.

 Once the electronic transfer is confirmed, the platform does the tip amount transfer to the service staff member's e-wallet in just milliseconds. 

This amount is ready for later online transfer to any personal bank account at no cost*.  

TipLooper offers the possibility to win extra money by transfering an small fee (in partnership with the customer) to the weekly bucket . 

The more the customers pays using TipLooper's platform, the more the chances to win extra money every week for both.

* First weekly transfer. The regular fee per transaction is $0.05 USD.

Our main goal is offer a single solution for handling multiple credit cards, gift cards and department store's bonification systems in the market an hide this integration complexity and extra fees to our business partners.

TipLooper's exclusive feature for our customers in a single process to convert credit money and bonus points from multiple payment sources into TipLooper's "Credit for Purchase" account.  

The platform offers 2 options to let specifc paid subscription customers to split the payment of a IATT (partner's invoice amount including taxes and tip) between registerted credit/debit cards and the "Credit for Purchase" account:

1. A percent of IATT deducted from TipLooper's Credit for Purchase, the rest is charged based on individual percent values for each registered credit cards.
2. A percent of TipLooper's Credit for Purchase amount is deducted from IATT, then the remaining IATT amount is charged to the main credit card (default option with percent value: 25%).

Only TipLooper can offer this flexibility to our customers.
